The Toneable Dry Type Flat Drop Cable is designed for underground FTTH access networks that require reliable fiber transmission and convenient cable route identification. Integrating a 24 AWG copper tone wire with a fully dielectric flat drop cable structure, it enables technicians to quickly locate buried cable routes using standard tracing equipment.
Featuring dry water-blocking technology, dual G-FRP strength members, and an HDPE outer sheath, this cable provides excellent moisture resistance, mechanical protection, and long-term stability. It is suitable for direct buried FTTH networks, municipal broadband systems, smart city projects, and other outdoor fiber access applications.

The cable uses a dry water-blocking structure instead of gel filling, providing cleaner installation and easier handling during termination. Two parallel G-FRP strength members enhance tensile strength and crush resistance, while the HDPE flat sheath provides protection against moisture, UV exposure, abrasion, and harsh outdoor conditions.
